  • My orders

    After making the payment, you will receive an email confirming the order, in you don't receive the email or if you still don’t receive your order after 3/5 working days, contact us by our e-mail

    We are going to confirm where you order is, and will be happy to inform you as soon as possible.

  • How can I track my order?

    As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number, and the carrier website.
    On that link, is possible to find your order and know exactly where it is.
    Withal you will receive notifications from the carrier and make changes to the address or delivery date.

  • Is it possible to change the delivery and the billing address of an order?

    If the order has not yet been sent by us, please contact us by email at, so that we can change it internally.

    If it has been already sent, you have to make the change directly with the carrier, through the link that was sent with the tracking number, and inform the new delivery address.

  • Can I book a product to buy later?

    It is not possible to book an AEROBICS product.

    Our website afford a wishlist, but note that you are not booking any product.

    This tool is useful, for you to save products for future reference.

  • I did not receive the email to confirm my order. What should I do?

    If you have not received yet the order confirmation, please check your spam box.
    If it is not there, please contact your bank, and confirm if the payment has left your account.
    If this confirms, we ask you to send us the payment proof, for us to deliver your order.

  • The product I am looking for is out of stock. Can I receive a notification when it is available again?

    If the product you are looking for in unavailable, probably it is out of stock. However, we restock very often.
    If you want to be notified when the product is available again, you just have to ask to be warned to your e-mail, on the page of the product you want to buy.

  • What is the right of withdrawal?

    According to the Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14, 2014, Right of Withdrawal, you have 14 days to cancel the order without any penalty.
    AEROBICS allows you to make a return within 100 days after receiving your order. For this, the product must be in perfect condition, never be used and return in its original box.
    As soon as we receive your return, we will check if it is all in accordance and will issue a refund in the same payment method as your purchase.

  • Can I cancel or change my order after payment?

    If the order is already separated and on its way to the address, it cannot be cancelled.
    However, it is possible to return when you receive it.

  • How can I make a purchase?

    AEROBICS online sore has been developed so that you can easily find and buy products you are looking for. You just have to:

    • Search, easily, the product you wish for;
    • Add one or more products to the cart. We also have available to buy products in packs;
    • To finish the order, please enter the cart, login if you are already logged. If you prefer, you can order without registration. We would love to have you become our customer;
    • Enter your address and the shipping method;
    • Choose the payment method that is most convenient for you;
    • Confirm and finalize the purchase.

    After these steps, you will receive an email with the order confirmation. The products are booked for you.

    As soon as we ship, you will receive another email with all the information of your order, including tracking number given by the carrier.

  • How can I receive information from you, by e-mail?

    To receive our newsletters, you just have to put you email address, in the field for the purpose.
    So, if you want to receive our newsletter, promotions and campaigns, you just have to authorizing that kind of communication when you are registering.

  • How can I be sure if my order has been completed?

    When you complete your order, you will receive an email confirmation on the email you have registered.
    If you did and order without register, the email will be send to the email which you associated in your order.

  • Can I place an order by phone?

    For security reasons, we do not accept orders by phone.

    Placing an order, is necessary that the customer provide us sensitive and important information, and we do not want to make mistakes entering them.

  • While making a purchase, is the stock always guaranteed?

    When you complete an order, and after we receive payment confirmation, the stock is booked for you.
    AEROBICS want to guarantee that our customers have the best experience in our online store. For that, we are extremely careful manage our products. We use sophisticated systems to stock control, to always know the products we have in stock.

    But there may always be a stock error, or a defect detected during the quality inspection carried out in the shipping process. If this happens you will be contacted by customer support with the options available and you can choose the solution you prefer.

  • Am I going to receive an invoice of my purchase?

    After we send your order, the invoice is available in your account.

    If the order was made without registration, you can access to your invoice by the link we sent to your e-mail.

  • How can I return a product I bought at Aerobics?

    Our customers have 100 days to return a product. However, the product has to be in perfect conditions, unused and return with the original box.
    To return a product you should:

    • Access to your account;
    • Go to “My orders” section;
    • Select the order/products you pretend to return;
    • Click on Return/Exchange and follow all the steps indicated.

    When received the product, we will do our quality control.

    Our customer  is going to receive the money by the same payment method you used, unless you want to receive a voucher for a future purchase.

  • How can I exchange a product I bought at Aerobics?

    Our customers have 100 days to exchange a product. However, the product has to be in perfect conditions, unused and return with the original box.
    To exchange a product you should:

    • Access to your account;
    • Go to “My orders” section;
    • Select the products you pretend to exchange;
    • Click on Return/Exchange and follow all the steps indicated.

    When received the product, we will do our quality control.

  • When and how will I receive my refund?

    When the return is received, we will check the quality of the product and return the money by the same payment method you used, unless you want to receive a voucher.
    The time it takes for the chargeback to enter your bank statement depends on your bank.

  • Is there any cost when returning a product?

    AEROBICS assumes all the costs of a return within the European Union, and for these customers returns are totally free of charge. Outside the European Union, return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • How can I see my order history?

    Accessing your account by "My account" icon, you can see all the orders you have already placed with AEROBICS.
    Here, you can check that status of your orders, and also is where you can start the return of your orders.

  • I forgot my password. How can I recover it?

    To recover your password, you must login and access to “I forgot my password?”, enter your email address and click on “submit”.
    You will receive an email with a link and instructions to change your password.

  • Where can I find my invoice?

    Your invoice is on your customer account.

    If you have not registered, you must have received an email with a link which allows you to access the invoice.

  • How can I create an account at Aerobics?

    To create an AEROBICS account, you just have to click on the “My account” icon and fill all the informations requested.

    When creating your account, your personal informations will be automatically saved for your future orders.

    You will have access to your orders and returns, to invoices, and also add or remove addresses to receive the goods where is it most convenient.

  • How can I delete my account?

    To delete your account, you have to contact us by e-mail

    AEROBICS will be grateful, if you share with us is ther is something you dislike. This way, we can improve our products and services.

    We remember you, that the account is free of charge, and every time you make a purchase, your details are right there, so you don't have to enter them.

  • How far is my personal information protected?

    AEROBICS takes the personal information very seriously, so we guarantee that your information is protected.

  • How long does it take for my order to arrive and what are the shipping costs?

    Order delivery times may change depending on the carrier and shipping method selected by the customer, as well as the country of destination of the shipment. During check out the estimated delivery time is provided, as well as in the order confirmation email.

    Delivery times are estimated and may change for various reasons, and any delay that exists in the shipment of your order, compared to the informed delivery dates, does not give the customer any right to compensation.

  • How do credit card payments work?

    Selecting credit card payment method, AEROBICS will not save credit card details.

    We only receive a payment confirmation from your bank.

    To pay with credit card, you just have to enter your card details correctly.

  • How do paypal payments work?

    Payments with PayPal are the same as credit card.
    You must select the method, and fill with all details from your PayPal account.
    AEROBICS will not have any access to the customer private information. We will only receive a payment confirmation from your PayPal account.

  • How do payments with ATM reference work?

    Payments with ATM reference, are only allowed In Portugal.
    If so, you can select this payment method, but only have 48 hours to finish it.
    AEROBICS is automatically informed that the payment was concluded, so you don’t have to send  the payment proof.
    After that, your order is shipped.

  • Is it safe to buy at Aerobics?

    Yes, is completely safe to buy in our online store. AEROBICS has a commitment, which is to protect personal information of our customers.
    Regarding payments with PayPal, Carte Bancaire, credit card or SOFORT customer’s details will not be saved.

  • What currency can I make payment in?

    All orders payments are placed and processes in Euro (€).
    Please note that, if your bank account is in a different currency, the exchange rate used will be determined by your bank (to debit in customer account), and not by AEROBICS.

  • What payment methods are available?

    AEROBICS offers the following payment methods:

    • All markets have Credit Card and PayPal.
    • Portugal has additionally: MBWay and Multibanco;
    • France also has Carte Bancaire;
    • Germany also has Sofort.
  • I am having difficulties with payment. What should I do?

    If, for any reason, you are unable to make a payment, please check your card details you are entering.
    If they are correct, but you are not able to proceed with payment, please contact us by e-mail

  • How do promotional codes work?

    Promotional codes are usually sent by email as part of a campaign or order you have made.
    These codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions ou campaigns. The are only valid once, and should be applied in order checkout.

  • I forgot to use my promotional code. What should I do?

    If you did not enter you promotional code at the time of payment, unfortunately, we cannot apply it to this order.

    However, you can use it in another purchase.

  • How can I use a promotional code?

    To use the code just enter it in “your code” field, which you can find in step 1 and also on the last page of the shopping cart.

    And then you just have to click on “Apply” button.

    You must use the code exactly as you received it.

    If it is not valid, the page will show and error message. Just try again if you are sure that the code is active, or contact customer support.
